Returns Policy
We appreciate that it’s not always easy buying stones or jewellery you haven’t been able to touch or see. Therefore if when you receive your order and for whatever reason it doesn’t feel quite right, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy either to refund the cost of the item (excluding P&P) or to replace it.
