Delivery Guidelines
We aim to despatch goods within 2 working days of receipt of payment, but in exceptionally busy periods delivery may take up to 14 days. We will inform you by email when your order is despatched.
Jewellery Deliveries within the UK
Orders with a value under £50-00 (excluding P&P) are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (Signed For). Postage & packing for up to 3 items is £1.60 total, and thereafter a further 40p for each additional item. A pair of earrings counts as 1 item.
Orders with a value exceeding £50-00 (excluding P&P) are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next (working) Day. Post & packing cost for up to 3 items is £4.50 total, and thereafter a further 40p for each additional item. A pair of earrings counts as 1 item.
Jewellery Deliveries to Europe & Worldwide
Orders with a value under £50-00 (excluding P&P) are sent by Royal Mail International (Signed For). Postage & packing for up to 3 items is £4.65 total, and thereafter a further 40p for each additional item. A pair of earrings counts as 1 item.
Orders with a value exceeding £50-00 (excluding P&P) are sent by Royal Mail International (Signed For). Postage & packing cost for up to 3 items is £6.15 total, and thereafter a further 40p for each additional item. A pair of earrings counts as 1 item.
If you should require faster delivery (e.g. Airmail, Special Delivery 9.00 am) then please contact us for P&P costs.
